Becoming Practically Conscious

A Radical Approach to Understanding & Healing Sleep & Dreams

Rubin Naiman

What if sleep was not an escape from life—but a gateway into deeper awareness?

This immersive program brings together contemporary sleep science and timeless yogic wisdom to radically reframe how you understand sleep and dreams. Rather than treating sleep as passive, you’ll discover how it can become an active, healing, and even transformative part of your spiritual life.

Through practical tools and guided exploration, you’ll learn how to restore natural sleep rhythms, work skillfully with dreams, and access deeper states of consciousness—including turiya, the ever-present awareness described in yogic tradition that underlies waking, dreaming, and deep sleep.

This is not just about better sleep—it’s about awakening to a more integrated, conscious way of being.

What Makes This Program Unique:
This program seamlessly bridges waking, dreaming, and deep sleep into one continuous field of awareness. By integrating modern science with ancient teachings, it offers both grounded, practical techniques and profound inner transformation—making higher states of consciousness accessible in everyday life.

Benefits of Attending:

  • Experience deeper, more restorative sleep and more meaningful dreams
  • Learn how to use sleep and dreaming as powerful tools for healing and spiritual growth
  • Cultivate greater ease, clarity, and peace of mind—along with a lighter, more joyful perspective on life

Offered as 3 satsangs and 2 workshops (subject to change).
