A Call to the Integral Healing of the Mind
The human mind is subtle, delicate, and sacred. When it becomes imbalanced, our entire being longs for harmony. Within the serene environment of the Sivananda Ashram Bahamas, Dr. Ruguê will lead a course dedicated to Ayurvedic approaches to psychological disorders — a journey that weaves together ancestral science, spiritual practice, and self‑knowledge.
Guided by the three classical pathways — Yukti Vyapashraya, Sattvavajaya, and Divya Chikitsa — we will explore how Ayurveda, Yoga, and Jyotish interconnect to restore clarity, stability, and inner light.
This program is an invitation for those who wish to understand the mind more deeply, learn traditional therapeutic tools, and experience practices that cultivate sattva, compassion, and presence.
In the silence of the ocean, in the energy of the Ashram, in the wisdom of the Vedas — you will find a space to study, reflect, and transform.
Offered as 3 satsangs and 2 workshops (subject to change).
The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with an 8pm satsang on the first day of the program and conclude with an 8pm satsang on the last day of the program.
