This program is part of The Wisdom of Ayurveda: A Symposium for Whole-Person Healing, March 21-27, 2027
In the Vedic tradition, sleep is far more than the absence of wakefulness—it is a sacred pillar of health, a natural extension of meditation, and a gateway to healing. When aligned with nature’s rhythms, sleep becomes an opportunity to harmonize body, mind, and spirit, restoring balance and awakening vitality.
In this program, you will explore an Ayurvedic approach to deep, restorative sleep. Through the lens of Ayurveda’s mind-body principles (doshas), you will learn how these energies influence your sleep cycles, and how imbalances can create patterns of restlessness or disruption. You’ll uncover common obstacles to restful sleep, engage in guided assessments to identify your personal disruptors, and experience mindful practices designed to carry you into profound rest.
Alongside ancient wisdom, this program uniquely integrates modern sleep science with Ayurvedic principles to unlock your body’s innate healing potential. You will be guided to create a personalized daily routine—aligned with natural rhythms—that supports both restful nights and radiant days.
Benefits of attending:
This is more than learning how to “sleep better.” It is an invitation to rediscover rest as a sacred practice—one that nourishes body and soul, strengthens resilience, and deepens your connection to the wholeness within.
Offered as 1 satsang and 2 workshops (subject to change).
