This immersive 8-day retreat is designed for dedicated yoga practitioners and teachers seeking to go beyond asana and deepen their understanding of the ancient science of Hatha Yoga. With a particular emphasis on the transformative power of Pranayama, this course invites you into a deeper dimension of sadhana—one that integrates body, breath, mind, and subtle energy.
Through a dynamic blend of group and individual practice, personalized guidance, and experiential teachings, you will explore the full spectrum of yogic practices rooted in classical texts and tailored to meet you where you are on your path. Whether you’re looking to revitalize your personal practice or refine your teaching, this retreat offers the tools and wisdom to advance in both.
