Join Isabel Allen and Snow Piccolo for an inspiring experience designed to help you manifest a more abundant life. Drawing upon their experiences with Positive Psychology, yoga, and more than 50 years of recovery work, Isabel and Snow are dedicated to being your cheerleaders for change. This uplifting program will send you home with a fresh outlook, strength, and hope. Your experience will be infused with the principles of yoga and science.

Isabel Allen is a Sivananda Yoga teacher and is certified in Yoga of Recovery. She holds a degree in speech and theater and is a certified Positive Psychology practitioner and an Infinite Possibilities trainer. With more than 15 years in recovery, Isabel is a self-proclaimed Happiness Activist who brings a unique enthusiasm for life to everything she does.

Snow Piccolo is an artist, photographer, and writer and a certified Positive Psychology practitioner (based on the science done at University of Pennsylvania). Snow has 40 years of abundant living in recovery, is also an Infinite Possibilities trainer, and takes groups around the world on fellowship vacations.

Sunday morning

  • Shifting Mindset; Icebergs, Thinking Traps & Worries; Resilience; Choice Map; Goal Setting

Sunday afternoon

  • Poetry for the Soul; Hands-On Creating
  • Love Lab; Flow; Transforming Negative Relationships; Forgiveness; Grit & Habit.
  • Hope and Change: The Benefits of Hope; Goal Setting; Purpose & Meaning; Visualization; Daily Practices

Daily Schedule
Your course schedule has been designed by the presenter to provide a holistic educational experience, and includes course presentation time, meal times, and free time for you to enjoy the beach and the grounds and participate in the ashram’s daily programs. Lines in bold type indicate required course times.

Morning and Evening Satsang: community gatherings for meditation, chanting & teachings; sometimes a silent beach walk.

Yoga Asana & Pranayama Classes: available on outdoor ocean and bayfront platforms (beginner and intermediate levels offered twice daily).
