Padme’s life has been a profound journey of service, transformation, and devotion. Raised as a global nomad, she grew up immersed in diverse cultures, attending international schools around the world. Her deep commitment to humanity led her to two decades of humanitarian work with the Peace Corps and the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, where she dedicated herself to fostering connection and understanding across borders.
A pivotal moment in her path came during a transformative experience at the Sivananda Ashram in the Bahamas. This awakening ignited a calling within her, leading her to the Himalayas near the sacred source of the Ganga, where she immersed herself in intensive training in meditation, mantra, and yoga. There, she deepened her spiritual remembrance, igniting a passion for sharing these ancient healing practices with others.
Padme’s journey expanded when she met her beloved, kirtan musician Girish, and merged in sacred union. Through their bond, she surrendered fully to the devotional path of the heart, embracing the divine feminine energies of Saraswati, Lakshmi, Durga, and Kali. This deepening devotion awakened a powerful creative force within her, inspiring her to integrate her spiritual practice with her artistic gifts.
Now, Padme travels the world offering Healing Arts workshops and retreats, weaving together yoga, chanting, and sacred painting. Her work guides others on a journey of self-discovery, creativity, and inner transformation, while creating Yantras—powerful visual tools for meditation and spiritual awakening. With every brushstroke and every mantra, Padme invites others to step into the sacred flow of devotion, art, and self-realization.
