Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher Training

Larissa Hall Carlson
Tuition: $675

Deepen your impact as a yoga teacher by integrating Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, into your classes and private sessions. This transformative training empowers you to create dosha-balancing yoga practices tailored to the season, time of day, and stage of life—helping your students cultivate greater balance, vitality, and peace.

What You’ll Learn
This training provides you with ancient Ayurvedic tools to enhance both your teaching and personal practice, giving you the confidence to offer personalized, transformative yoga experiences. You will:

  • Master dosha-balancing yoga – Learn how to skillfully design asana, pranayama, and meditation practices for vata, pitta, and kapha, creating deeply healing experiences that restore harmony to body, mind, and spirit.
  • Teach in alignment with nature’s rhythms – Harness the power of seasonal cycles, daily energy shifts, and life transitions to offer yoga that supports optimal well-being at every stage.
  • Expand your understanding of the subtle body – Discover how pranamayakosha (the energetic body) interacts with the doshas and how to use this knowledge to guide your students toward greater balance.
  • Embody a sattvic lifestyle – Cultivate a peaceful, luminous presence that inspires your students while radiating clarity, mindfulness, and authenticity in your own life.
  • Live Ayurveda as a teacher – Learn self-care and lifestyle wisdom rooted in Ayurveda so you can thrive as a teacher, avoiding burnout and staying energetically aligned with your purpose.
