Getting Here

Yoga Vacationers are welcome to stay with us for the entire duration of any Yoga Vacation Program, as well as for a longer or shorter stay.

If you registered for a Course, please plan to arrive at the Yoga Retreat at least one day before the start of the course and to leave at least one day after the graduation. We recommended you spend a few days in the Yoga Retreat before the start of any course to allow your body and mind time to rest, energize and be nourished by the ashram environment; you can then begin your studies refreshed and rejuvenated. You may also wish to integrate a few extra days into your stay after the completion of your course to allow the teachings to absorb.
