Lalita Devi is a Clinical Ayurveda Specialist (CAS) and a Sivananda Yoga teacher. She is the Director of the Well-Being Center at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat and The Ayurveda Center at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Ranch. She teaches Ayurveda workshops and training internationally.
