Learn the essentials of adapting a traditional Sivananda Yoga class to safely accommodate a variety of back conditions with specific exercises and modified postures. This training will include basic breath and voice/sound exercises, deep relaxation practices, vocabulary awareness, using visualization and imagery for healing, and the importance of holding sacred space.
