Learn how to offer adapted postures, based on a broader understanding of the biomechanics of each posture of the classic Sivananda class. In the process you will get to better know the biomechanics of your own body, and through this personal experience, you will develop better abilities to identify and accommodate limitations in the practice of others.
The Level 2 course will focus on deepening the adaptations from Level 1 and their understanding. Also, more emphasis will be placed on the biomechanical principles.
