In this experiential workshop, adaptations to the Sivananda yoga class (12 basic postures) will be offered, to make the practice available to students with limiting physical conditions due to sickness, injury, obesity and others. You will enjoy such modified practice and personal guidance which will make yoga more accessible and beneficial to you.
