Molly Asebey-Birkholm (Madhavi)

Molly Asebey-Birkholm (Madhavi) is an advanced Sivananda yoga teacher (RYT 500) and a certified Integrative Restoration (iRest) Instructor. She is the co-founder and director of the Yoga Center of Key Biscayne, an affiliated Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in Key Biscayne, Florida, and the creator of four Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation CDs. Molly is one of the co-founders of Warriors at Ease, a non-profit organization that trains and certifies yoga and meditation teachers to teach in military communities. She taught yoga and meditation for 4 years at the US Department of Veterans Affairs to over 1,000 war veterans.


Pat Lillis-Hearne
Pat Lillis-Hearne, MD, is an oncologist and Kripalu-certified yoga instructor, well-versed in complementary medicine. She served 30 years in the military, including combat experience in Operation Iraqi Freedom, and retired from the US Army Medical Department in 2010.

Annie Okerlin
Annie Okerlin is the president and founder of the Exalted Warrior Foundation, which has helped to implement adaptive yoga programs at major military medical and veterans hospital facilities nationwide. She is the owner of Yogani Studios in Tampa, Florida.
