Learn how to relieve tension, stress, and stagnant energy and work through injuries, chronic pain, and restlessness by working with acupressure points and massaging main energy lines (meridians, sen lines, or prana nadis). Moving through specifically selected yogic postures, incorporating breathing exercises, and following ayurvedic and Thai Yoga massage principles, you will practice freeing the flow of the precious life force and feel vital and serene.
