8-10am      Gentle Yoga Class
10:00am    Vegetarian brunch


11:00am    Karma yoga

12-2pm      Lecture & Workshop/Class: Gentle Yoga
(Day 1: Stress Mgment and Yoga, Day 2: 5 Points of Yoga, Day 3: Yoga for Healing)
2-4pm        Break or Practice (doing or teaching chair yoga)
4-6pm        Beginners Yoga Class
6:00pm      Vegetarian Dinner

8:00pm      Group Meditation (Satsang)
10:30pm    Lights out
