Sasha Loring, M.Ed., LCSW teaches in both the Tibetan Buddhist and Vipassana meditation traditions and has been a yoga practitioner for over 30 years. She developed and taught mindful eating programs for Duke Medical Center, leads mindfulness retreats nationwide and is the author of Eating with Fierce Kindness: A Mindful and Compassionate Guide to Losing Weight.


Sondra Loring

Sondra Loring, E-RYT is a dancer, master yoga teacher and founder of the Sadhana Center for Yoga and Meditation in Hudson, NY. She will focus on body awakening through mindfulness and movement for this workshop.
