Food as a Spiritual Path

October 29 - November 1, 2014

Daniele Giovannucci

Food is one of the most powerful ways that we relate to the people around us, to our community, and to our planet. Our “eating transforms the body of the world into our bodies” (Michael Pollan).

If we are to know ourselves – we have to understand our relation to this thing we call food. Our journey in this seminar has nothing to do with diets or calories. It is about relatedness and discovering the faces of hunger and its power to release our self-centeredness. It is about being gently conscious while connecting with a primal and profound part of our spiritual path.
