12-1:30 pm Various lectures on how to improve athletic and life performance through Yoga, physically and mentally, through pranayama, meditation, and nutrition
04:00 pm Sivananda Ashram Yoga class incorportating pranayama, asanas, and Yoga Nidra relaxation exercise (optional, but strongly encouraged)
06:00 pm Dinner
07:00 pm Free Time
08:00 pm Satsang
10:30 pm Lights Out
