Breathe Deeply, Relax Completely: Pranayama Sadhana

Study the the science and theory behind pranayama and practice various forms of breathing exercises to relax the body and the mind.

What to Bring

Casual comfortable clothes, yoga mat, meditation cushion, meditation shawl, toiletries, slip-on sandals, clothing for warm days and cool mornings/evenings, rainwear, flashlight, insect repellent, alarm clock, travel mug/tumbler, water bottle, sunscreen, beach towel and bathing suit, snorkeling equipment.

For satsang in the temple, please bring clean, light colored clothing - not jeans or work clothes. Because this is a traditional ashram, clothing should be modest, covering both the shoulders and the knees.

For tent space only: bring your own tent, bedding, and towels.
