Learn Vedantic meditation theory and practice, the Yoga of Self-enquiry and the practice of silence. Participants will practice mauna (silence) all day except for three hours of study and two hours of dialogue with the teacher. A daily Yoga class and mantra chanting will enhance the experience and allow you to reach higher levels of tranquility and focus. It is recommended that students stay in a single accommodation to support the practice of mauna.
