Become your own vegan chef and learn how to create versatile, delicious vegan meals, full of prana and sustainable energy. Through experiential workshops we will create several menus composed of tasty, sattvic and energizing vegan dishes, including main courses, side dishes, dressings and scrumptious desserts. During the course you will also be introduced to the principles of vegan nutrition and learn creative ways to increase fiber intake and stabilize blood sugar, conducive to alkalinizing and nourishing the body. All foods prepared will be wheat-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free.
