6:00 - 7:45 a.m. Morning Satsang: meditation, chanting, lecture/concert OR Silent Walk
8:00 - 10:00 a.m.

Morning Hatha Yoga Class: asana and pranayama

10:00 a.m. Brunch
11:00 - 12:00 noon Karma Yoga (helping in the ashram)
12:00 - 1:30 p.m.

Lectures and meditation practice

1:30 - 2:30 p.m. Break
2:30 - 4:00 p.m. Lecture and meditation practice
4:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Afternoon Hatha Yoga Class (optional)

6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Dinner
8:00 - 9:45 p.m. Evening Satsang: meditation, chanting and lecture/concert
